Mental health isn’t something that any of us can afford to let fall by the wayside. It's okay to talk about it and know that there is help if you or someone you know is struggling. See below for a current list of available resources. Click on the logos to access. Please check back too as we will be adding more in the coming weeks.

Dickinson County Public Health offers Health Maintenance Nurse Visit and Home Health Aide Visit Services.
Elderbridge offers a variety of resources for people aged 60+, including counseling, case management and variety of services through the Iowa Return to Community initiative.
Good Samaritan Society serves a 9 county area from Dickinson County outward and can provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, skilled nursing and some additional services.
Home Instead helps aging adults live well at home — from companionship, assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping and medication reminders.
InHome Fitness Solutions is your health and fitness partner. Their main objective is to keep the older adult strong enough to stay at home as long as possible. They work with Elderbridge for those who qualify.
Quality Home Care can provide the following services: Companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, meal prep, laundry, person cares, and respite. Also, can monitor diets, provide exercise program and care provide customized services.
Respite Angels provides group respite one time per week at
Calvary Methodist Church in Arnolds Park each Thursday
morning 9:00-11:30. Coffee and snacks are provided with crafts
and music. No fee but this agency is run on donations.
Stay in Home Care & Medical Staffing is an in-home service provider for seniors, assisting individuals and families in the Northwest Iowa Region. They are dedicated to helping clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
